Last weekend I created a Mailchimp follow-up sequence.
It took me a while to put it together and organize and put everything in place; it was about 3 hours total because I already had the emails written.
I created this for a course I was translating live. It is 3 sessions.
Normally, after each session, I would copy and paste the same message and send it to participants using BCC.
I was surprised about how easy it was to create this in Mailchimp and how effective.
What I learned:
- How to tag some contacts from an audience.
- How to trigger an automatic flow based on an audience.
- How to do changes live.
So from now on, I would only need to tag the new students on a certain date, and that will be.
This would save me around 1 hour every time we do the course, which is monthly.
